You think your vote is just one little vote – and what can you do with just one vote. You may think why bother to vote – you can’t make a difference with one little vote. You are wrong – your little vote added up with many other votes in America do make a big difference. And that is what this current administration is afraid of.
Many brave Americans have lost their lives over the years to afford you the opportunity to vote. These brave men and women lost their lives because they believed in the freedom of the vote. They believed in the power of the vote. They believed in your right to vote. Your vote is your voice.
The current administration wants you to believe that your vote will not make a difference so that you stay home and don’t vote in November. This administration is afraid of the voters right now. They know they pushed through a health care bill that the American people did not want, but they did it anyway. They know that unemployment is at an all time high and they are not helping to change that. They know that they will be paying for these blunders this November – unless of course you stay home.
You need to change your opinion of your vote. Your vote is your voice. You need to express your vote this November. If you don’t vote how will you tell Washington that you are dissatisfied with their work? If we stop using our rights to vote someday we may lose that right.
