When did it become a “right” in America to have guaranteed health insurance? If it were a “right” to have guaranteed health insurance, don’t you think the founding fathers would have included it in the constitution?
You are correct – the founding fathers did not include it. Congress has the obligation to do the right thing and the right thing is to uphold the constitution. Yoohoo Congress… a federally mandated obama health care law is not upholding the constitution.
Why ObamaCare Is Unconstitutional
Health care reform is telling us that each adult American must buy health insurance:
- It is unconstitutional to mandate that every individual buy health insurance.
- It is unconstitutional to fine us if we don’t comply.
- It is unconstitutional to force corporate America to buy health insurance for illegal aliens; and fine them for noncompliance.
This Congress is not abiding by the rules of the constitution.
This Congress needs to go. This Congress thinks American citizens are stupid and forgetful. Congress thinks we will forget that they have gone beyond the authority granted to them by us, the voters.
We cannot forget. Come November, they need to go. Your vote is your voice – vote them out – that is your right.
