The Opposite of Supply Side Economics Is?
Supply Side Economics Is Trickle Down
Keynesian economics is the exact opposite of supply side economics. Keynesian is demand side economics, supply side is not. Instead it embraces free trade. By increasing the supply of goods and services available to the consumer you increase consumer spending. This is accomplished by lowering taxes for the wealthy. Oh no, not that. Giving the wealthy, those who have so much money, a tax break is so unfair, it’s so un-American.
But wait, the trickle down effect benefits everyone, rich or poor. When the wealthy get a tax break they use their savings to increase economic activity by investing in their businesses. This in turn helps the middle class and the poor find jobs…that’s why it’s called trickle down. Think about it, it’s very simple. When there is increased manufacturing and production (more economic activity) more people are needed in the plants and offices therefore more jobs are created. And that cycle all started by lowering the taxes of those who can create jobs…the wealthy.
Unfortunately, liberal politicians want to keep Americans in the dark, they want us to be stupid. They also want us to be dependent upon them. They use the rant of tax breaks for the wealthy as a ploy to discourage and upset voters. Obama declared early on in his presidency that trickle down economics failed, when the exact opposite is really true. During President Ronald Reagan’s presidency, the economy, under trickle down economics, was booming. But the liberals have to deny that supply side economics has ever worked. That’s for two reasons; one, they want America to fail so they need to dismiss any economic theory that did provide economic growth. And two, they cannot have Americans believing that any republican President had any good ideas, ever. The millennial’s who did not live during the 80’s believe this muck that the liberals spew out about trickle-down economics failing.
Stop Listening, Start Thinking For Yourself
The liberals are lying. Younger Americans need to stop listening to the hogwash put out by the liberal media and politicians. Supply side economics did work; and it can again.
