In life, if it sounds too good to be true, it usually is. The tax plan that Obama ran his presidential campaign on in 2008 is just that – too good to be true. Obama cannot possibly deliver on all of the promises he made. Most politicians who campaign for president do not deliver on their promises – but Obama promised beyond what most do and will under deliver more than most do.
Obama acted like Santa Claus during his campaign. He offered something for everyone. He promised to cut taxes below the tax levels we had during the Reagan years; to keep taxes low for everyone and to make sure everyone pays their fair share. Oh don’t worry, with what he has lined up, we will all be paying our fair share of taxes. No tax payer will be left behind.
So fantasy land during his campaign. Now reality. All Obama has done as president is put America deeper into debt – to the tune of $938,000,000,000 ($938 billion). That is the price tag of the health care bill passed into legislation by Mr Obama and his fellow democrat thugs on Capital Hill. That is in addition to the other debt already on the books. Wow.
Obamacare will add $938,000,000,000 (that is $938 billion) to America’s debt. Current tax revenues alone cannot possibly pay for that. But somehow that debt either a) has to be paid for b) the health care bill has to be repealed or c) Americans better get ready for the rationing of health care.
If Washington picks a) get someone to pay for the Obama Entitlements, they will go after the earners and savers; which are the wealthy and the middle class. Watch your pocket book middle America – you are a valuable commodity to Mr Obama.
Mr Obama and the democrats in Washington think that the middle class and the rich can support the entire country. They believe that they can keep taxing them and they will just keep giving. How wrong they are. Keep taxing your top producers and eventually they stop. They stop because it’s not worth it to them. If you take half or three-quarters of someone’s earnings in taxes, why would they keep producing, there is no reason to.
So what are we going to do about the $938 billion noose around our neck?
The Washington elites have options and so do we. We start by letting them know that we are sick and tired of their spending habits and the over taxation methods being used to pay for those spending habits. We show them by hitting their pocket books and their egos – – – we fire them. Vote them out of office. We have that power. This is still a representative republic, which means that we put them into office by our vote and we can remove them from office by our vote. Just Do it – Vote them out in November!!!
