Is The Obamacare Individual Mandate Still In Play?
Obamacare: Mandatory Health Insurance
There is nothing more frightening than the Obamacare individual mandate requiring every single American citizen to buy health insurance or pay an individual mandate penalty. Why? Because there is no stopping a government that is allowed to force you to buy mandatory health insurance. As time goes on this form of government will become more and more intrusive and eventually control every aspect of your life. Unless of course you are one of the select few given a pass.
So who is exempt from Obamacare anyway? The majority of American voters did not want Obamacare, therefore, we should be on the Obamacare exemptions list. Since the only Americans who did want and voted for Obamacare were the Democrat members of Congress, they should be the only individuals forced to abide by their own bad law. But of course, it’s not working out that way, that would be too logical.
Who Gets To Avoid The Individual Mandate Penalty?
Middle class tax dollars will be paying for those fortunate Americans who will be able to avoid paying the individual mandate penalty if they are without health insurance. Frustrated? Oh well, there’s only one way to turn that around, fire those goofy Democrat members of Congress who wanted and voted Obamacare into law in the first place. Those members of Congress are easy to spot, they are Democrats and they are in hiding until after the mid-terms. Those cowards are hoping American voters will not remember who voted for Obamacare…but we know who they are.
Remember This Obamacare Exemptions List
- Members of Congress
- The staff of the members of Congress
- Undocumented Immigrants (in other words, illegal aliens)
- Incarcerated individuals
- Members of Indian tribes
- Low income households
- Opposition to Obamacare based on religious beliefs
Frustrated about who is exempt from Obamacare? Good, stay frustrated until the mid-term elections this November. Maybe your frustration will inspire your vote. Americans need to unite as a voting block and fire the very members of Congress who voted for mandatory health insurance. If we can elect men and women to Congress who spend more time representing our needs instead of stroking their own ego’s maybe we can get Obamacare repealed or at least stop it from being funded. Let’s do it.
