Are American Dreams A Thing Of The Past?
Not enough American voters must have understood the foresight that our Founding Fathers had when they created a nation where every individual is considered equal. Not enough American voters truly appreciated the fact that America is the only country in the world where an individual’s fate is determined by them and them alone. An American citizen could never blame their family ranking, lineage or class distinction on their chances of success because that used to have no bearing on success in America like it does in other countries.
Success in America had always depended upon individualism, hard work and individual merits. Every American always had an unlimited opportunity for the pursuit of happiness. You had a dream, you pursued it, nothing could hold you back. If you wanted to improve your lot in life, you could do it, only you could limit yourself.
Such A Disappointment
Unfortunately we may be witnessing the death of the American Dream. Our Founding Fathers would be gravely disappointed in today’s America. They struggled so hard to create an exceptional nation; one so unique that it has never been copied. But that America is on its way out thanks to the re-election of a socialist liberal President and Senate. Their ugly liberal perspective is closer to becoming more of a reality than just a concept.
Social Justice For Whom?
The socialist liberals are chipping away at our America; but not enough Americans care enough to fight back. For you see, the liberal Democrats have an entirely different view of equality. Our Founding Fathers said we have the equal opportunity to pursue happiness not that we all “deserve” economic equality. However that is what the socialist liberals would have us believe with their “spread the wealthy” mantra. They want us to believe that the rich have too much, the middle and lower classes have too little and “deserve” more.
The socialist liberals are wrong. The middle and lower classes in America are different from those same classes across the world. Unlike what the media and politicians would have us believe, we do not have class warfare in America. The middle and lower classes in America know that they have equal opportunities to reach the upper class. This is America; in America if you can dream it you can achieve it. They are not jealous of the rich, they are striving to reach that level.
Bye-Bye American Pie
The liberal, socialist party running the White House and Senate are whittling away our personal freedom, religious freedom and individual liberty by their redistribution policies. Their idea about taxing the rich because they currently fail to pay their fair share of taxes will thwart growth, opportunity and success. These policies will drive America right out of existence.
