Politicians Have Sneaky Ways Of Creating Big Government
A Politician’s 5 Easy Step Process
#1 – Chaos & Fear
They create chaos and fear so that the citizens become befuddled, confused and pushed to the point of despair and discouragement.
Politicians and government bureaucrats know that when the citizens are in this state of despair all they want are solutions and will do anything to relieve and reverse their despair. Americans make the mistake of forgetting that government solutions are empty promises.
#2 – Trick ‘Em
They trick the citizens into believing that government has all of the answers and can solve all problems. Didn’t you know that the government has the solution for the economy, employment and healthcare. What a joke. Obamacare is NOT a tax, ooops, I guess it is afterall, too bad.
Unfortunately, in our desperate situations politicians figure that we only have them to turn to for help and guidance. They then become our “knights in shining armor”. They will save the day; they will rescue us.
In our deep despair, we fall for their type of problem solving (government programs) again and again, and soon find ourselves needing more and more of their offerings (government programs). These bureaucrats also know that when we are desperate for solutions we forget that government solutions usually come at a high cost. That cost is the loss of our personal freedom.
Here’s a typical government solution. In response to the high cost of gasoline, the government tells us to put more air into our tires to improve our gas mileage. The free market system says “drill baby drill”. See the difference?
#3 – Pacify ‘Em
If all of the citizens do not fall into line from the chaos and fear or raise objections the politicians pacify them by telling them what they want to hear. You will feel better by helping. You will feel more patriotic by voting this way or that way.
#4 – Guilt
If pacification does not work they apply guilt; they then use that guilt to create more government programs. Americans are bad people, we’re greedy, we are uncharitable, we are takers not givers. We should feel bad about how much we earn, our beautiful homes and the nice cars we drive. If you object to Obamacare you are an evil person because you obviously do not care about helping uninsured Americans. See a pattern?
#5 – Bully ‘Em
If all else fails use bullying tactics. Mr. and Mrs. America you will like Obamacare and we cannot tell you what’s in the legislation until it’s passed into law. Get the picture?
America used to be such a magnificent country. It’s very sad that political figures are no longer interested in its future. If Americans would jut start understanding that politicians are no good we can start pushing back. It’s up to us to change the downward direction that America is headed towards. How about it fellow Americans, ready to understand the truth? Ready to push back?
