Democrats Getting Even
Public Sector Unions, Rules Don’t Apply
The public sector employees in Wisconsin are being asked by their Governor to pay their own way. It’s a fact that Wisconsin is out of money. To turn around the state’s run way spending, the Governor is asking everyone to share in the sacrifice, including public sector union employees. However, the Democrat politicians don’t see it as a budgetary issue, they see it as a way to get even and sabotage the democratic process.
Change Democracy|We’ll Show You
Democrat politicians in Wisconsin lost power in last years general elections when the voters threw them out of office. They are sore losers so they want to change the way democracy works.
The Democrat politicians in the Wisconsin legislature think that democracy works by running away and hiding out in Illinois. They think that the democratic process will stop while they are hiding out. If they can’t be found, they think they will hold up the vote on the budget.
These wimpy, coward politicians who proclaim that they are for democracy have leaders like Nancy Pelosi backing them up. Mrs Pelosi, the bright lady that she is, thinks that causing the destruction of the democratic process is democracy in action….wow, what a support system, is she the best the Democrats can come up with?
Who’s Got The Money?
Wisconsin is broke, they face a budget deficit of almost $4 billion over the next 2 years. Where do the public sector employees think money comes from? Who do they think has been paying for all of their employee perks?
Pay Your Own Way
The state has no money so Governor Scott Walker is asking public sector union workers to share in the sacrifice by helping to pay their way. Governor Walker is asking these union employees to help contribute to their own pension plans and help pay for their own health care.
They are being asked to contribute 5.8% to their pensions and pay 12% of their health care benefits. Amen, Governor Walker.
Public sector union employees have been getting a free ride at the tax payers expense for too long and Governor Walker is trying to put a stop to it. The non-union employees in America contribute to their own pension plans and help pay for their own health care, why shouldn’t public sector union employees do the same?
It’s about time Republican politicians stand up and push back these bull-headed, over-reaching public sector unions. Tax payers in America are tired of carrying the weight of the public sector unions on our backs.
