Mr. Obama Has Put America Into Financial Slavery
Over the top government spending and fraudulent tax codes enslaves Americans. We the people are slaves to the government. The way to achieve financial freedom again is to stop the government from taking advantage of tax payers’ money and to clean up the tax code.
Freedom Comes From Within
American freedom must start with we the people. If we want financial freedom again we must demand that the government change their spending habits. We must hold the Obama administration accountable. The only way to free ourselves from the economic crisis that Mr. Obama’s spending has created is to take a stand. We the people need to demand freedom from financial slavery. We need to demand that the government stop wasting our money.
Cut Spending In An Election Year, You’re Kidding
When someone wants to lose weight they have two choices, eat less or exercise more. Mr. Obama also has two choices. He can run around looking for places to get more tax revenue or he can just stop spending. America’s future depends upon him spending less; his future depends upon him spending more.
The problem is that Obama needs to raise more tax revenue for his selfish interests, re-election. He will not get re-elected on his poor record so he needs lots of money to sprinkle around the country to pump up his image.
Clean Up Tax Code In Election Year, Yeah Right!
Mr. Obama needs money so the last thing he is going to do in an election year is clean up a messy tax code. It is the right thing to do but instead of focusing on doing the right thing, he is up to his old tricks again. He is playing our emotions and throwing around campaign rhetoric. He gets our goat about sticking it to the rich and makes it look as if he has a new idea about how to save the “little guy” from those stinking rich people.
All Mr. Obama has done is put a fancy name on a tax formula that’s been used before. He has re-packaged and re-sold the “Buffett Rule” as a new idea but it is just another type of Alternative Minimum Tax.
Didn’t Work Before, Won’t Work Now
The Alternative Minimum Tax/Buffett Rule has been used for years but has failed to capture the wealth it was intended to. The ultra wealthy work around Alternative Minimum Taxes by loop holes and tax shelters. Private sector entrepreneurs, moderate wealthy and middle-income tax payers do not get those nice perks so end up being the only ones that get hurt. This group of tax payers will eventually run out of money but Mr. Obama doesn’t care about that right now…he just needs money, period.
Prove You Care Mr. Obama, Fix The Tax Code
If Mr. Obama was serious about tax revenues, the federal debt and releasing Americans from financial slavery he would work with The House Budget Committee to clean up the tax code. Unfortunately Obama does not want to ease the tax burden of Americans, pay down the federal debt or turn around America’s economic crisis, he just needs money fast.
Representative Paul Ryan’s budget plan will work because it raises tax revenues without raising taxes; that way American tax payers are not burdened with more taxes. The problem is that Mr. Obama is too busy throwing around accusations, mud-slinging, criticizing and whining to care about anything else. Mr. Obama’s standard operating procedures accomplish nothing except show Americans that Mr. Obama is all talk and no show.
